Office 2000

I had to reformat the HD, and reinstalled Office 2000.
However, when I tried to open Publisher, it said there was a registry error
and to re-run setup again.
Upon trying to reinstall from my cd, the hourglass just sits there, and
after 5 mins., I hit ALT-CNTRL-DELETE and it says that setup is not
responding.
All my other cd's work fine, but on Office, I can't get pass choosing what I
want to do, which is, to reinstall Office.

Any ideas?
