I'm not an expert but I tried loads of things suggested in
the ms tech database and in the forums. None worked! Spoke
to a mate in IT who had a similar problem. He suggested,
as you have done, load the various programs individually,
ie. office first, then go back and try setup again. it
will ask you to repair, add/upgrade, or remove. Click add
and then select the next program (don't unselect the
already installed program(s) in the check boxes, otherwise
they will be deleted). Hope this helps
