Office 20000 and Outlook 2000 for Workgroups

I'm installing Outlook 2000 from an office 2000 cd and
trying to get it to configure for corporations or
workgroups.

However all I get is either No Mail or Internat email. I
have installed the workgroups version on other computers
successfully but why won't this one?

(All of the computers are Windows 98)

Can anyone help?
