Office 2002 updates won't work?

I am trying to do my office updates and it won't work. It tells me that I
don't have admin rights, but I do. Any suggestions?

Hi, Peco Worker,

Would you post back with the exact error message you are receiving? Are you
manually downloading updates, or are you using the Office Update automatic
checker?
