Office 2003 1600x1200 resolution with (120dpi) fuzzy icon

I am using Office 2003 pro SP1 with Windows 2000 SP4. My monitor is 20" flat
and ONLY support 1600x1200. I have set font size to 120dpi as it is the oply
way I can see the fonts. All icons in Office 2003 look fuzzy. Adin icons like
adobe acrobat look fine. Whats the problem?
