I am currently using Microsoft Office Professional Suite on numerous
machines. We have to use only Access 2002 on the same machines, which
Access 2003 was not installed. Currenlty Microsft is pusshing to me the
service pack 3 for Office 2003. I have tried both the full and small and it
is asking for the file of proret.msi from the CD. Proret.msi, which is use
in Office 2002 is located on the Professional disk. I have also found that
it is the first line of installation file fo the registry under Office.
Office 2003, uses Pro11n.msi for its installation. Reading the knowledge
base, I see that the common suggestion is to upgrade Access to 2003 which is
not a option or delete Access 2002, fo the upgrade and reinstall. I have
numerous machines with this configuration. Any suggestion on how to get
this service pack on, without deleting. Thanks in advance.
