I may be out of luck on the 2003 version, since it's so old (over a
year) I
may not have a record, but i'll check, since I purchase EVERYTHING on
my
credit card. As for the 2007, I purchased it on line via the microsoft
web
page...BUT I remember looking there and it seems you can go through a
store
to purchase it, honestly, it was only in May or June, but I can't
rmember!
:
Okay - several things. If you can prove that you purchased it,
Microsoft
may
be able to replace it at a nominal fee. And since you have Student and
Teacher edition, it's not an upgrade.
I should have asked "who" did you purchase Office 2007 from?

I can't remember re: 2003, i'm pretty sure I purchased the upgrade
on-line,
and was sent the disk, and the product key I had on my email (then
lost
it~)
As for 2007, I definately purchased on line, I still have the email
w/the
product key, but was never sent a disk. My new HP (March 07) hard
drive
crashed, and I jst had it replaced yesterday, but now I have no
email,
word,
etc.
:
Office 2003: Is it a retail version or did it come with the
purchase
of
the
laptop?
Office 2007: Where did you purcase it from?

I have the CD's for office 2003 (student/teacher) for my son's lap
top,
and
lost the product key. I have the product key for my new desktop
(2007),
but
was never sent a CD when I purchased the full version. How can I
get
the
product key for the 2003 version, and how can I install 2007 w/o
a
CD?
