Office 2003 - Accept screen appears each start up, after activati.

I need to eliminate the "Accept" screen that appears every time any piece of
Office 2003 starts up. When installing, the activation succeeded without any
problems.
OS is Windows XP, SP1. This is happening on about 10 out of 80 installations.

Accept the EULA while you are logged on as the Administrator user.
