Office 2003: activation prob due to too many installation

Hi,
I bought Office XP 2003 small business and installed it on my desktop and
laptop. My laptop crashed many time recently and I reinstalled office 3-4
other times. I gave up my old laptop and bought a new one, with Vista. When
I tried to install Office on my new laptop, it says I cannot activate it,
that it was already installed on another computer . It is legal to install
it on 1 desktop and 1 laptop, but Microsoft won't let me. Can someone help
me ?
