office 2003 activation wizard does not appear

When I click 'Activate Product' nothing happens and I can not now effect
anything with Office. I have tried deleting 'Opa11.dat' as suggested but,
this has no effect and that file just reappears. Office came already
installed and so I cannot uninstall/reinstall. Help would be much apreciated.

Is this a full version or a trial version? You have to pay for a full
version.
