Office 2003 Add-in: Office Web Components Conflict with Service Pa

Everytime I load Office 2003 Add-in: Office Web Components
Brief Description then check for Office 2003 Updates, the Service Pack 2
pops up while it was already downloaded. Uninstalling Web Components
corrects the problem. Is there a fix on this bug?
