Office 2003 and 97

I have just ordered 2003 (not the upgrade) to replace my 97. I would
like to be able to install 2003 on the same machine without disrupting
97. Will I be able to do this? Perhaps installing it in another
directory or something.

I don't want to abandon 97 until I've made sure all of the Access, Word
and Excel documents work as I want them to.

Thank you very much.

Yes, except you can only have one version of Outlook. When installing just
select not to remove prior version of Office. Office 2003 will by default
install to a different folder (Office11}.

You can also do the same with Office 2003 upgrade version.

BTW, I assume you know that Office 2003 will not install on a Windows 9X/ME
computer.
