Office 2003 and Access 97

I have several clients who have Office 97, Professional Edition (Microsoft
Access only) and Office XP Professional Frontpage. When I deploy Office 2003
packaged with the ORK the install will run successfully but will not install
Access 2003. Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening. More
importantly how to fix. I have configured the ORK to uninstall all previous
versions of Office before installing Version 2003
