Office 2003 and Office Tool Bar

I'm running Beta 2 with the recently released technical
refresh. It seems that MS has not included the Office
Toolbar....does anyone know if this feature will be
included in the final release?

The toolbar has been removed from Office as similar functionality exists in
the Operating System. Use a custom toolbar from the taskbar or use
quicklaunch. If you really miss it, you can install from a prior version of
Office. Select a custom installation and choose to only install the
shortcut bar from the Office Tools selections.
