There should be no compatibility issues except for the
Outlook .pst file format. If your users have roaming
profiles and may end up using both Office XP and 2003,
depending on where they are working, you may want to keep
the .pst file in Outlook 97-2002 format.
Office XP Pro? I am wanting to upgrade several users to
2003 and just want to find out ahead of time if there are
any issues with swapping documents between 2003 Pro and XP
Pro as there will still be XP Pro users for awhile.

I know this is a very vague question. Are there any major
Office XP Pro? I am wanting to upgrade several users to
