Office 2003 and Welsh proofing tools

I'm about to buy a new version of Office and I need to know for sure that
either I will get Welsh proofing tools with it, or that I can get a pack that
supports it at time of purchase. This will be a second language and only used
to produce documents written in Welsh, I don't need a full Welsh version of
Windows and I've got fonts that support all the accents I need.( I use
Windows XP)
