Office 2003 apps not ending task HELP!

Hi,

I have office 2003, every time I open outlook and then close outlook
it is still running in the task manager. Which then does not allow me
to open outlook again, unless I end the task in task manager.

I have tried running the detect and repair tools. Also ran repair from
the CD. I have also reinstalled office 2003 and the problem still
persist.

Any suggestions.

Do you have any Outlook add-ins? They sometimes can cause Outlook to get
hung up. Try disabling all add-ins, then see if the problem goes away. If it
does, then add them back, one by one, and see which one is associated with
the problem. Then, assuming this is the problem, contact the vendor to see
if there is a fix yet.
