office 2003 AutoExec problem

My O.S. is winxp and after upgrading my office xp to 2003 every time i open or close office applications i get this warning:
Microsoft visual basic error "AutoExec"
How can i resolve this problem?

This means a macro is attempting to run when the application starts.
Did you create this macro? What are the specific applications you
encounter the prompt?
