Hi George,
This is the description of the Import support
for Outlook2003 with Business Contact Manager
Note that Act! has to be installed.
There are 30 day trial copies of Office System 2003
available if you want to check out the features:

Import
======
You can import the following types of data into Business Contact Manager:
a.. Act! 4.0 and 5.0 database
b.. Quickbooks 8.0 and 9.0 data
c.. Comma Separated Values (.csv)
d.. Access database
e.. Excel 11 workbook
f.. List Builder contacts
g.. Business Contact Manager data
h.. bCentral Customer Leads
You can also import product lists (A list of products that are associated with an Opportunity record. To make a product list available to all Opportunity records, add it to the Master Product List.) into Business Contact Manager. When you import a product list, you can choose to replace or update the Product Master List. If you update the Product Master List, Business Contact Manager overwrites the product details for products whose names already exist in the Product Master List.
To import a product list, the file must be in Comma Separated Values (.csv) format and follow this format: <ProductName>, <ProductDescription>, <ProductPrice>, <ProductQty>.
Exporting
You can export data from Business Contact Manager to the following formats:
a.. Comma Separated Values (.csv)
b.. List Builder Contacts (.bcm)
c.. Business Contact Manager business contact and account data (.bcm)
====================
Would like to upgrade from Office2002Prof to Office2003Prof, which includes
Outlook with Business Contact Manager. (Available to general retail
customers end October I heard).
Has anyone used a version already released maybe to corporate customers, or
a beta version...who can tell me if Outlook2003/BCM will IMPORT databases
from ACT!, especially ACT! 5. A Microsoft rep said he believes it will
import ACT 2,3,4. I particularly need it to include NOTES (like date and
time talked about a topic) beyond just name/address/phone.
Thanks>>
