I just loaded the Office 2003 beta and also load all the
most current updates. However, when I try to insert a
some graphics into a word or publisher document a dialog
box is displayed (Convert File) asking me which file
format to convert from. Regardless of what I select, ie
jpeg for a jpg file of tiff for a tif file, I receive an
message that an error occurred while importing the file.
This accurs with most of my graphic files (mostly digital
pictures), though some graphics saved from web sites do
import ok.
The files import fine into earlier versions of office
including XP. All graphic filters appear to be present.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated. I'd like to
give the beta program a thorough try, but it will be
pretty much useless if I can't import my graphics.
