Office 2003 beta install failure

I just got my beta disks and proceeded to install the
office 2003 beta.
All went fine until I tried to use Office 2003.

None of the programs will load. I get a program
initialisation error causing the program to close before
it starts.

I am running windows xp pro on a pentium 4 with over 500
megs of memory.

Any suggestions?

If you upgrade Windows XP from Home to Pro, you need to reinstall the SP-1
and this should solve your problem.
