Office 2003 beta - Taskbar Icons no longer exist

After loading the Office 2003 beta & OneNote 2003 beta
the Quick Launch Toolbar and the Task Buttons no longer
appear on my Taskbar.

Has anyone else experience any similar problems?

Does anyone have any idea how to make these
elements 'reappear'?
