Office 2003 Beta Technical Refresh

I have Office 2003 Beta installed, and had updated that
installation with Technical Refresh 2. A crash caused me
to re-install the original Beta 2003 software, but
the "update scan" says that no update is available. All
of the office files -.pst etc., require the Technical
Refresh in order to work, but that refresh does not seem
to be available. Please advise.

I'm betting the technical refresh was taken offline since Office 2003 has
gone RTM.

Looks like I lost that bet! ; )

However, when the link resolved I got a search page stating that "No
downloads were found that matched your search criteria." Pressing Go by the
search criteria bar produced the download link, though.
