Office 2003 Beta

Now that 2003 has been released, I believe according to the EULA that even
though my beta is still functional, it can no longer contractually be used.
Is this correct?

The Office 2003 Beta 2 with refresh updates will autoexpire on 31Jan2004 and switch to reduced functionallity mode (basically a
fairly capable viewer for Office app files <g>. You can get 30//60 day trial copies of Office 2003 (release version)
