Office 2003: Binder and OrgChart

D

Dawn

Where is Binder and OrgChart in Office 2003? I have a lot
of Binder and OrgChart files that I now can not access as
is. So far I have been asked to Unbind my Binders. My
OrgCharts are not working at all, and I can't find a
program with which to open them.

I am in a real bind (no pun intended).

Please help.

Hi Dawn,

MS Office Binder was discontinued after Office 2000.
If you have a previous version of Office you can use
a custom setup of that version to load Binder and use
it in an 'as is' condition.

The Orgchart applet was changed (Insert=>Diagram=>Org Chart)
starting with Office XP (2002).

You can load the one from the old version or download it
and install it from the Toolbox of the Office Resource Kit:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/journ/msoc2.htm
You may also want to look at the richer featured version
from its original authors at http://orgplus.com
