Office 2003 blue background

I have had Office 2003 installed on two computers for a
few months now. I have just reinstalled noth computers.
On one computer office 2003 has the nice blue background
in the toolbar area on the other computer it has the
white background. Can anyone help I want the blue back?...

Do you have the same Operating System on both machines? Do you have the
same theme on both machines? Windows colors determine the background for
toolbars.
