Office 2003 Business Contact Manager Woes

When I was installing Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Office Outlook
2003 (which I got with my OEM version of Office Small Business Edition 2003)
there was a power failure.
Now, when I try to install the Business Contact Manager it stops and pops up
a box that says, "Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 setup failed to
configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup logs for more
information."
After clicking OK the install program says, "Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2003 was not installed. The wizard was interrupted before Business
Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 could be completely installed. All changes
made during this process were removed. To complete installation at another
time, please run setup again."
When I try to run setup again I get the same box that pops up and says
"...setup failed to configure the server...etc."
I've tried a system restore but it makes no diference. I keep getting the
error when I try to install Business Contact Manager.
BTW, I'm running Windows XP Professional.
Can someone help me with this problem??
