Office 2003 Calendar

With the calendar in "month" view in Office 2003 (Outlook) is there any way
to put a "sticky note" on the calendar, that looks like a "sticky note". I
use different colored sticky notes that tell me certain information at a
glance and if I could do this with Outlook it would be a great help. Only a
few of the sticky notes would have any text on them.
When I select Notes in Outlook and choose large icons it shows what I would
like to see on the calendar. Please advise.
