Office 2003 Clip Organizer error code 0x8007007F

[Corcomm]

Since I replaced the beta version of office 2003 with the
released Office 2003 professiona version I can't import
clips any more and get the error message

Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation

The specified procedure could not be found
Error Code 0x8007007F


Any suggestions ?

This not only fixed the Clip organizer butalso fixed the
problem I had after upgrading map point to version 2004

I could not find the OLEDB32.DLL in the files you
suggested but was able to pull it from another XP system
that had the correct version in it's dllcache directory.
