Office 2003 CMW User Settings Per Machine install

Hi, I have assigned Office 2003 with MST to computers.
Now i need to create a CMW and deploy to all computers.
My questions are, Will the HCU specific settings be givin
to all existing and new users of a computer? Or does the
maintwiz.exe /c . . . need to be run bu each user that
logs into the computer?
