Office 2003 colours in Vista, any way to change?

Is it possible to change colour of toolbars in Excel, Outlook & Word 2003
using Vista? Mine are an annoying blue colour and like to change them.

Actually, that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm running the Aero theme in
Vista, and, no matter what color I choose for the "glass", the toolbars, menu
bars, rulers, help bars, etc. are all in a bright baby blue color which is
*extremely* annoying. I've been looking all over the place, and can't find
anyone who knows how to change this. Any help here would be greatly
apprecitated!
