Office 2003 Convert/Product Key

When I open the office 2003 a gray box pops up and wants me to convert the
product and asks me to either enter in a product key or buy one online. But
the program came with my computer when I bought it. How do I fix this?
Currently I have to use works but most things require you to use office.
Please help me.

Computer vendors many times provide the software as a *trial* version. If
you wish to keep it, you'll need to purchase it.

And dont convert on line, but by from an online store eg Amazon, its cheaper
Uninstall any trial prior to installing a retail edition from cd
