Office 2003 Corporate Key is not Genuine

Hello, I am using an "All-in-One" CD of Office 2003. This CD includes
the standard Office, as well as FrontPage, OneNote, Project, and Visio.

According to the Read-me file, this is a corporate version of Windows,
which was manufactured by Microsoft Corporation.

But two things puzzle me: when I finished installing Office, I was not
prompted to activate it. It turns out that the product was already
pre-activated. But, when I try to validate it, I receive an error
stating that this copy of Office is not genuine.

This copy has been legally obtained. I have talked to my other
co-workers at work, and they cannot understand what is wrong. Why is my

copy of Office not genuine?

Please help me. I cannot understand what is wrong.

Best regards,
Kit

I installed Office 2003 Professional just over 12 months ago and was working
in a home office. The CD covered all aspects of office,Outlook-Projects-Visio
etc. Until December I had no problems downloading on Auto Updates those
programs that required Validation . Then suddenly I couldn't get Validation.
After several comms with Microsoft I'm told thatThe CD had been used too many
times and Microsoft had put a block on it. If I had to uninstall Office
because Microsoft had advised me to do so when my PC kept crashing and then
reinstall, Followed by having to replace my HDD which turned up as the main
problem and another reinstallation of office or when the PC crashes and I
have to pay Microsoft Australia $5o to assist me reinstalling Office plus SP2
again. Now after purchasing Office 13 months ago and having many problems I
cannot get downloads requiring Validation because I've installed /
reinstalled too many times. Surely I can do this as long as I'm doing it on
the same PC. I didn't believe this could happen but it has.
