Office 2003 crash.

Hi.
I had a request from an user. The problem was that his Word 2003 suddenly
crashed.
It was not possible to store the current documen. Not even copy from the
document was possible.


Any clue why this happend and how it can be preventet to occure again.
I checked for new Office 2003 updates, but the office was up to date.

Looking forward to get a solution on this.
