Office 2003 Critical Update: KB828041 does not install

I just installed Office Student & Teacher 2003, and went
to the support web to check for any updates. KB828041
was selected. After downloading, the Installation Result
is "Installation Unsuccessful."

What can I do to install this update?

find the installation file on your hard drive and run it locally. Use
Windows Search and search by date, using advanced option to search all
hidden file and folders and system files.
