Office 2003 Degrade

I received a 30-day trial copy of Office 2003 Pro from MS. I installed
over Office 2000 and as nice as the 2003 interface is, I haven't seen
any functionality to justify spending the money for the registered
version. The 30-days have now expired and I'm trying to export the .pst
so I can import it into 2000 but the IMPORT/EXPORT option is greyed out.
Making an archive copy doesn't appear to be compatible with Outlook 2000
either.

I have a backup from prior to the upgrade but I don't want to lose the
last 30 days worth of e-mails etc...

Now what?

is the trial still installed? if so, try resetting the clock back so it's
within the trial, then create a pst using the Outlook97/2002 format and copy
everything to it.

Thanks for the advice but I tried to set the clock back (while
disconnected from the network) and Outlook refusewd to recognize the new
date. Very annoying to say the least. Is this MS's way of
"encouraging" me to upgrade to 2003?
