Office 2003 Deployment via GPO

Hello,

Testing Office '03 deployment via GPO with *.mst configuration file setup
with Custom Installation Wizard.
Currently have Office 2000 Pro installed on systems. Have set *.mst file to
remove all versions of previous installations.
Assigned to Computer settings under Computer GPO. Test system at startup
indicates installation for Office '03 but after login no installation has
occurred and Office 2000 Pro has not been uninstalled.

What could be wrong with and why isn't it working?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
