Office 2003 deployment

Hi,

Our company has Office 2000/sp3 and we want to upgrade the PCs to Office
2003 via SMS 2003. Can anyone recommend me a website/article on how to do
this deployment?

Also, I know that SP2 is available for Office 2003; can I deploy this with
the same package?
