Office 2003 dialogs appear with Win 2k theme on Win XP

Hi,

I am running Windows XP (no service packs) and I have Office 2003
installed. When I open any office app such as Word or Outlook, it shows
the Office 2003 look for menus and tool bars, but however the Tools -->
Options and other such dialog boxes still show the win 2k look.

I have also observed that on Win XP with service pack 2 it doesn't
happen, the dialog boxes have XP's look and feel.

Note: I am running XP with the default (Luna) theme.
