Office 2003 E-mail Issues

Hey guys. I was wondering if someone here could help me
out. I was at an office yesterday and the secretary is
having trouble sending e-mails to a couple users there.
She has recently installed office 2003 on her computer and
it hasn't been working right since than. She can't seem
to send e-mails to users in the office that are using MAC
computers. Were not sure if its a conflict with office
2003 or if it has something to do with MAC computers. If
anyone knows anything e-mail me or post back and let me
know.

A bit more useful information would be helpful, such as WHY she can't send
mail to Mac (not MAC) users. Any error messages? NDRs? Version of Mac
Office? Are they using Outlook for the Mac or Entourage? Do the Mac users
receive anything or nothing? If anything, is there an issue with viewing the
mail?

account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Scott asked:

We dont know why she cant send mail to MAC users, that is
the problem. THere are no error messages, infact its
quite opposite. She gets messages back saying they've
been sent and recieved, but they never show up to the mac
users. She recently switched over to 2003, would that
have anything to do with it? The mac users are using
entourage.
