We are about to purchase Office 2003 for its advanced Mail Merge to Email
facilities (namely being able to output to HTML format) but before I do so I
want to confirm something.
In Office 2000 Outlook would display a message stating another application
is trying to access addresses stored in your address book, do you want to
allow this? You had to click yes for each email that was produced from the
mail merge. Whilst I can understand the benefits of such a message this is
very irratating if you are producing more that a handfull of emails, does
this message still appear if you use Office 2003?
