Office 2003 Error 1911 wisptis.exe

When trying to repair Office 2003, I got the message "Error 1911. Could not
register type library for ... \wisptis.exe ... "
I'm running WinXP SP2.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

Is this a repair from CD? Copy the contents from the CD to your harddrive
and start the setup again from he HD.
