Office 2003 & Exchange 5.5

We recently replaced several old workstations with
machines that have Office 2003. Our existing LAN has an
Exchange 5.5 email server. During initial setup Outlook
has a hardtime resolving the name, often timeing out or
produceing the error "can not find server". After setup
when a user opens Outlook the lower left corner indicates
Outlook is trying to connect, but again often times out
forceing us to close the app. Is this a known issue, or
is there something we're missing?
Thanks
Andy

There are some known problems with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5 - your best
bet is to create a new mail profile.

You might also want to post this in an exchange news group for a more
thorough assistance experience.
