Office 2003 Fatal error

Hello, I can't use any of my Office this morning. I receive Fatal error
during installation, it is impossible to repair. What could I do?

well, I decided to uninstall, I don't think it applies, but I have a problem
with my cd rom as everytime I put a cd in it windows reboot, so now I am
stuck not being able to install office.
