office 2003 font installation problems

Recently transitioned to a new computer with Wondows 2000
and office 2003. After installing fonts into the
windows/fonts folder they are not available in any Office
application. These are .ttf fonts and I had no problems
with previous versions of Office and Windows. Any help
would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Be sure to select a truetype capable printer in Word under
File=>Print to have access to the fonts.
