Hi there,

I have got some question concerning the English version of Microsoft
Office 2003. Grammar/spell checking for which languages is included
(German, French, Spanish) in Word 2003?

Have there been any improvements relating to the IMAP support of
Outlook? I don't like the Outlook 2002 implementation. It's kind of not
well integrated and somtimes not very responsive to the user (especially
with a slow IMAP server).

Thnx for any answers,
Johannes

I haven't seen a retail box yet, but I don't expect that the distribution of
languages is going to change from Office 2000 and Office XP. That is:
English editions get French and Spanish, and you'll need the Proofing Tools
CD for everything else. I've been told that the Proofing Tools CD is still a
month off, and I've yet to see an FAQ for the 2003 version.

As for your IMAP question - since that's unrelated, you're better off
posting separately to an Outlook NG.

What's the Proofing Tools CD? I've never heard of this. Is it for free?
The german version usually includes German, English, French, Italian.

The Proofing Tools CD is mentioned in Word's help when you look up various
languages. Each language edition of Word has a different set of proofing
tool languages, whereas the separately purchased PTCD has them all:
