Office 2003 'Grey' look

D

DaveG

On a couple of our XP SP2 machines, Office 2003 has defaulted to
showing in the grey "Office 2000" style, as if we were running with
"Classic" menus (which we're not).

I've tried changing the theme to XP Standard again and also re-
installing office, but the result is the same grey look.

Any advice on how to restore the "XP Style" menus to Outlook, etc ??

Thanks,

Dave.

Did you right click on the desktop wallpaper, chose "properties", and
on the theme tab (first tab), click on "Windows XP"? Is your task bar
silver or gray? It sound like you may have chosen the classic
appearance.
