Office 2003 - Hijacked Browsers - Roaming Profile Errors

P

Good afternoon -

I have been working on a project with deploying Office 2003 on new IBM PCs
to some of my "power" users.

I made an image of the master utilitizing the Kanguru appliance with Acronis
Migrate Easy (it was slick actually).

I included Anti-virus software, network software, desktop software,
anti-spyware software, etc. The imaging worked great and so did the software
when the users got their new PCs.

However, I made the mistake of going on vacation. When I came back, I found
that every single one of my 5 users had a browser hijacking error (they can't
get into IE to change their home page) and they all have roaming profile
issues that I can't seem to resolve. In one instance, I was able to get back
the hijacked browser but in another user I was not able to.

Has anyone else noticed security issues in Office 2003? None of my XP2002
users have any problems. I noticed on one user's PC when I gave her her old
machine back, her profile must still be corrupt, as on her old PC she still
gets a hijacked browser on her older PC.

I'm about ready to pull my hair out. I suspect it's totally a network
problem but I need to get the roaming profiles to work in conjunction with
Office 2003 before deploying anymore across the agency.

Please....any help you may have would be so appreciated. Thanks!!

Cordially,
