Office 2003 & Hotmail

I use Outlook to read web based e-mails. Messages from two accounts
simply go into the appropriate folder under "Personal Folders", but
Hotmail appears to have created its own folder. How do I direct
Hotmail messages into the same folders as the others so that I only
have to check one in-box etc.?

Thanks
Dave

Because Hotmail is HTTP-based you have no choice other than creating a "search folder" for the Hotmail account.
Or you may always have a choice to direct emails by incoming account to a specified folder by a rule.

Hi Gyorgy, and thanks for the reply.

I tried to set a rule to redirect, but received the warning "Messages
sent and received using HTTP e-mail accounts cannot be filtered using
Outlook rules".

So, I'll have to learn to like it as it is!!

Cheers
Dave
