Office 2003 - how to deploy custom company templates to all workst

I was wondering the best approach to deploy custom company templates to all
domain workstations with minimal effort? I guess some sort of packages MSI
would be the preferred method? I've looked at the Office 2003 resource kit
but this seems to be for new installations.

Any idea's? I haven't been able to find anything anywhere on this apart from
Office 2000.
